Shipping policy

Answer: 99% of the orders are fulfilled and shipped within twenty-four hours (two business days if ordered after mail person arrives); 100% have been shipped within three business days of ordering unless we are doing festivals, in which case it is shipped the next business day after the show. ALL orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail which has a 6-10 business day expectation or UPS Ground, which has a carrier calculated expectation of delivery.

We are not responsible if there are carrier interruptions of any kind. Changes in shipping or deviations in this policy are solely the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
